How disappointing that my last entry was deleted and I still haven't heard anything from Tracy. I purchased 2 weekly plus vouchers. My daughter, whos husband has been deployed in the military, called Tracy to schedule an appointment while he was home on leave. Tracy didn't show up for the appointment and didn't call to cancel or reschedule. My daughter tried phoning her repeatedly from the location they agreed to meet and Tracy never answered or responded to the message left on her voice mail. That was March 2nd and we still haven't heard from her. I understand that life gets busy and things come up, but I think it is extremely unprofessional/unethical to not follow up on a commitment made and not kept. My daughter spent hours picking out clothes for her, her husband and 2 little girls (one of whom was born while he was deployed) to reflect their pride in being a military family. Her husband has since left to return to duty and they missed the opportunity to have their family picture taken.
